Production Supervisor (CNC)

We are looking for someone who can:
- Manage and oversee employees and their tasks
- Be 'hands on' and perform activities of workers supervised
- Set up program and modify machines and equipment
- Develop and manage production schedules and estimate hour requirements
- Interpret company policies to workers and enforce safety regulations
- Examine production results and ensure quality control
- Recommend measures to improve production
- Analyze and resolve work problems or assist workers in solving work problems
- Coordinate job assignments and cross-training between and within divisions
- Confer with other supervisors and functional groups to coordinate activities of individual departments
We are looking for someone with:
- At least 4+ years of experience in production and manufacturing with good results
- D.M.E., B.E. degrees
- Past experience in leading small teams
- Exposure to the requirements of automotive two-wheeler OEMs including EV OEMs
- A deep understanding of aftermarket requirements
- A greater understanding of IATF requirements; fully knowledgeable in ISO products and of 5S
